  1. I had no health problems from the moment i started vaping, contrary the myths, from then i started feeling better. I can breathe easily and i make lots of effort.

Was reaching 3-packs a day habit, so started vaping about 6 months ago intended to 'reduce' smoking.. 3 days later I couldn't smoke anymore (taste bad, horrible lung feels etc.) so for now I just vape full-on w/6mg nic.. Tried smoking again after 2 months due to habit, then after 1 cigarette I vomited as it tasted so bad & here I am sticking to vaping.

  3. Started vaping Jan 1st this year. I had three habits I wanted to kick that developed because of my issue with oral fixation. I smoked a pipe or cigar anywhere from 2-6 times a week for years which I believe contributed to my countless cavities and gum disease, I drank bourbon in the evening 5-7 times a week and it was increasing which was beginning to concern me and I munched on unhealthy snacks in the evening. I wanted to stop all of them especially liquor before things got out of control. Did some research on the health effects of vaping, picked up a kit and I have kicked all three habits and enjoy vaping 3mg juices. Don't miss the pipe or cigars at all and liquor only slightly. For people that struggle with oral fixation vaping is suuuuper helpful. At least it has been for me.

  4. I recently started vaping regularly in early January. At that time, I was smoking close to 2 packs a day. Now I'm smoking half a pack or less. I don't plan on cutting my reduction either. Vaping works man!
