  1. The survey is pretty tricky: If you honestly answer that you will quit waiping and will go back to cigs in case if flavours will be banned – they will ban flavours and make you to cigarettes. E liquid manufacturers will have to mix flavours for us and sell it as a food ingredient that we'll add ourselves to an unflavored liquid.

  2. Vaping wasn't invented by or embraced by the medical community or industry. Hence, it is not considered medicinal. …hence anti- medicinal? Honestly, its getting the 'tabbacco product' treatment in addition to the "natural supplements" treatment- which is never fair; if there is a question of being hazardous to one's health. Natural remedys never get the benefit of the doubt. (Anyway..) I'm going to do some more research on the proposed ban and see if there is anything else I or others can do- I am sure there is. THANK YOU for the heads up.

  3. 4:45 – Can't have Zophie disappointed in me. 🙁 4:51: "A flavor ban will destroy the industry"…which is what big tobacco wants in the first place. Wouldn't be surprised if they were behind this.

  4. I would be willing to pay an extra "education" tax for the proposed age group. Isn't that what happened with Big Tobacco? Everyone paid extra to pay for educational services for the youth against smoking?

  5. I'm not from USA,so they didn't let me complete the survey.Sorry about that, hope they will be a lot of vapers out there who will say their opinion and
things remain unchanged.Good luck for all of us!

  6. Thank you for informing us Zophie. I've left a comment to the FDA page and have taken the survey. Keep our fingers cross.
I've a feeling that the big tobacco and pharmaceutical companies have something to do with this.
Vaping flavored e-juices have help me quit them stinkies. If there weren't flavored e-juices, I doubt I would have quit. Tobacco and menthol flavored e-juices is just not my cup of tea.

  7. JUUL labs will survive the flavour ban. They have secured 54% of the e cig market because their products are highly addictive. When they hit 80% Big Tobacco will attempt to buy them out. Why are they waiting? Shouldn't take a genius to work that out. The vaping community has been suckered into believing JUUL and other pod systems are good for the community or that they help people quit smoking.

  8. I used to smoke 60 cigarettes a day before I started Vapeing. When I first started the nicotine strength was 38 after five years I'm down to 12 and getting down to 6 now because of the stupid TPD regulations in the UK. Different flavours are important because now tobacco flavour is a no no

  9. As of May 23 the survey is closed, but you can still access the comment section & explain the importance of flavors adult vapers use to quit smoking cigarettes.

  10. I am 42 years old I was a 5 pack a day smoker vaping saved my life and because of flavored liquid I got off the cigs and have been vaping since 2009 I have now got my parents vaping and numerous friends and family. So let's keep vaping and livin life to the fullest..

  11. I can tell ya'll now that I'd rather smoke a stinky butt if my juices were reduced to tobacco and menthol. EVERY vapor user MUST do this! The last I checked only 20,000 have done the survey and that's nuts, there's a million of us vaping in the world! Everybody step up and do this on your lunch break or whenever!

  12. It seems to me like former smokers are using vapes to replace their urge to smoke. But they keep vaping so they don't go back to tobacco products. And if vaping ever disappears all together the smokers will go to another thing to replace their urge to smoke. It seems to me like said smokers just can not win.

  13. Or you could be like me. Don't vape at all! And don't use tobacco products! This is nothing more than a "trending thing" and 10 years from now people who vaped will be complaining about how vaping was "controling their lives" and that they "should never have started in the first place".
