How about the Efest 26650 35A/50A 4200mah battery will it handle well for under 0.5 ohm coils? Also all you need is a 22mm heat sink and you can put any size tanks on the mod. Heat Sinks cost under 5 bucks
If anybody is looking for a 26650 battery with a sufficient amperage rating try the Hohm Grown. it has a continuos discharge rating of 32.3A max continuous draw and 51.6A max burst draw. My opinion: they should put the charge port as a same place where it was in regular pico. Not a big minus, but if you have tank what leaks, you will have some problems. Other ways its a great device.
Thanks to reviews like yours I thought of something that can solve all the picos' problem with that battery cap blocking the way for a wider tank, when I ordered my mega I added an Hcigar cooling fins extension to my order. It raises the tank 13mm higher so any wider tank will clear the cap by about 1 mm above it 🙂 It turned out to be the best addon I've ever put on a kit. It really does its job in preventing the heat transfer from my rda tanks to the guts of the mod and those fins really…really look great. You need the 22 X 13mm tall model absolutely the others won't do.

I loved it immediately, and also dropped it in the toilet less than 36 hours after owning. it was turned on, with the 4mL Melo 3 on it. I pulled it out(3-5 seconds 100% submerged), and it was still on. I turned it off, riced it for 24 hours and turned it back on. its like it never happened and it works perfectly. great, great vape. best part is the mini Melo 3 has the most restricted airflow I've ever used, but you can change it to be VERY open too. just buy it.
I put a Smok big baby beast on mine, just had to get this piece that screws in too the mod where the tank does too lift it above the battery cap and it work's great,the flavor and vape production is day and night compared to the mello 3.I've also heard people say they filed or sanded the battery cap down some too fit a bigger tank on it.
I was wondering how to correct an error I am getting "new coil up top down." For some reason when I try to get to where the coil sits, the tube just spins, and doesn't detach.
Do not buy this mod.Horrible.Loved original battery but both mini and mega tanks leaked and ended up throwing both away.Thought the mega battery was pretty cool but you can’t buy it without tank.Anyway tank leaking.and battery is stupid.The 26650 is no more powerful then an 18650 and makes the whole device bigger.So stick with original battery and throw out tank.
Hello can you point me in the right direction i cannot taste my e liquid i smell it but i cannot taste my liquid do i need a different tank ? For this is my first time wen i went to the vape shop to get my juices i can taste the liquid wen i was used their unit what am i doing wrong please help the unit i was using is not the same thing but i thought it would be similar so any suggestions would be very helpful please and thank you
You say the tank is 22, so can I put any 22 tank on my eleaf mega? This is my first mod, I want an extra tank, but I don’t see where they sell the exact tank that came with it… thanks
This review helped me more than the manual. 23 does fit, but it scrapes the battery lid. I got a zenith MTL on it. Also, you could use a heatsink probably to put a bigger tank on it. Probably wouldn't look to pretty though.
