I’ve had the Asmodus Amighty mod in gunmetal finish for about a month now and it’s turned into one of my favorite mods. Asmodus even got the TCR correct with their new chip.
What's with Asmodus and their o-rings. Green (maybe nitrile) with the blank, now silicone. Lol. Nice lookin mod though. From watching the review, it seems their touch screen sensitivity is good for those who like that. But I'm not a fan of touch screens myself. Great review Mike.
Mike vapes.. love ur reviews. U and rip trippers are my go to for all my info. Got a question? I got a dovpo topside single battery version and a aegis legend limited edition. So.. both vapes when my battery gets maybe 1/4 or less down.. my screen flashes and my numbers jump around.. drops wattage and flashes back and forth. Whats the problem here man?? Does it with brand new fully charged batteries. And im not hard on my vapes. I take very good care of them. Just cant find answers online or from the manufactures. Figured i would ask u. Hopefully u respond. Thanks man. Keep vaping
Good review Mike! Looks like a good single battery mod, but they definitely over did it with "Asmodus" written on both sides in that huge text. Tank is meh…
Had my Amighty for a handful of weeks. It's my third and favourite Mod. After buying two Kits from Vaporesso, the Tarot Baby and then Luxe w/Skrr, I wanted to compile my own kit. I'm learning but knew I could do better. So the Amighty with HorizonTech Falcon King Tank, all in Gunmetal Chrome was the direction I chose. And boy am I happy. The mod is so comfortable and comforting! And beautiful to boot. No issue with the touchscreen at all. Battery door is sweet. It's made well and the 21700 gets me through a day of constant vaping @around 70/80W. (Which was a concern for me, compared to a duel battery Mod.) But it's all good. The firmware/screen is great. Clear and easy to read with a selection of colours I enjoy rotating. Just the basics, but executed well. As a newbie to vaping I was mistaken in buying 30Ts for it, (But thanks to MikeVapes advice) I now know 40Ts will get me more battery life. But need to keep the wattage on/under 75W, or so i understand. The mailman should be bringing those soon. So, outstanding right?! Not so fast… From the beginning it had some issues. Randomly cutting out in mid-draw or not firing. Super annoying. After biting the bullet I sent it back. VapeUK replaced it immediately no questions asked. Had a fresh one a week later. No idea what was wrong with it. Tried different tanks, coils, cells. Nothing made a difference and at the time, and I believe still, there is not a firmware update yet. So that was that. Replaced under warranty. Sorted. New one works great. I have one major gripe. IT SCRATCHES. Marks show up on it like a new born baby that's just been dragged through a barbed-wire fence. The Gunmetal Chrome. It was the only colour I like in this Mod. The whole fingerprint thing is fine. Mike is right. They don't really show. No biggie. (Wash ya hands ya dirty bitches!) But what does bother me is it scratches SO easily. I try and take care of it. I don't wear rings, it doesn't go in my pocket. I keep my nails short and I only wipe it down with a soft cloth. It doesn't leave my frigging hand. And if I put it down, soft surfaces only. I'm so anal about this Mod it's pathetic. But STILL it gets scratched. You look at it and it scratches! It's insane. Why would they finish a Mod with a paint job that marks so easily. I have just accepted that it will have a used/beaten look very soon. Which kinda sucks. Apart from that, it's fantastic. It's classy and not too common which I like. Probably due to that fact it's pricey. In the UK it is anyway. But I'm fine with that. All in all, a solid purchase.
Nice Review, Mike. I like Asmodus's Devices, kinda think that it's their answer to Vaporesso's Armour Pro, which I have. I do like the looks, but they need to settle down on their Branding, seems like on the Mod that just 1 "ASMODUS" is enuff, and on their Tank, that high-lighted in white, "ASMODUS" is a bit much for me. Keep up the Great work that you have always done, I have watched you from the early days, like 5 years ago, if that is possible. Time flies, doesn't it?
Great job Mike but way to much branding for me
thank you Mike! xo!
Holy shit! This thing is just horrendous. The "Asmodus" branding looks very bad on both sides, and that shiny paint… I don't know what to say.

It’s a great looking, feeling and working mod.
