I'm assuming they sell this at the bar right? This place is only 20 minutes from where I live. I haven't tried 13, but the vanilla dominant one, not sure of the number; is awesome. I don't know if it has real Madagascar Vanilla extract in it because that stuff costs a fortune and it's scent is very distinctive. It's very different from your standard vanilla. It doesn't really matter. It's great. The flavor is astonishing considering it's an 80/20. It's not really that expensive either. It might be a dollar more than other "premium e-liquids".
