I am not defending cigarettes or vaping but according to the Royal College of Physicians vaping is 95% less harmful than cigarettes, that being said, if you do neither don't start. I personally will stay with vaping. After smoking for 47 years and vaping for 7 years my doctor said after my last chest x-ray that my lungs are much healthier now.
