I have the 18650 and love it.. hits good, not great but as expected from a brass tube but the cerrakote has withstood some serious abuse so I was stoked when I saw there would be a 21700 with an updated look. And it is gorgeous Mike, but the ability to only take 24s and the rattle.. what a letdown. I don't know if I should be happy you saved me coin or sad that I wanted it and it's flawed. Amazes me that a company would release a "high end" $200 ish mech mod and let something like this get by? Battery rattle is a huge con when it comes to mechs. I'll take a Dreamer for half that price or a USA made Kennedy Vindicator in black cerakoted copper for 130- 140

Why:
We measured about 10 different 21700 cells and the largest diameter was 21.8 mm (from Chinese manufacturer). MXJO has 21.7 mm, Samsung 30T has 21.1 mm diameter. It's also open source information and you can check it on the web. So we decided to make 22 mm inner diameter. We have to add it because some cells has stickers and some people use custom wraps. Finally the difference between the inner diameter of the mod and Samsung 30T is 0.9 mm. During our test rattle happened if only we shaked the mod hard. We want customers dont bother about what kind of cell they should choose for using in every particular mod.
What we've made:
From today the problem is solved. We made extra adapter for 21700 cells with small diameters (like 30T). So if you want to use Samsung 30T you just install it. If MXJO etc. — that will be ok without using any adapter.
Additional:
Mike, try to insert the adapters like it's written in manual. It's more comfortable : ) The first step is you put the adapter into the mod until it takes its place in a special designed groove with larger diameter. So you will not put it outside the mod every time you change the battery.

I have to agree with u…they should've kept the hybrid top cap straight n 25mm. Like the constant contact button. Don't have to worry about arc marks on the battery. Looks like a nice mech, but they need to do something about that battery rattle. Good review as usual Mike…always hitting those nails on the head with pros n cons.
RUSSIAN COLLUSION!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA Just joking people, relax. In all seriousness, I have a few mods that have rattle issues and it drives me CRAZY!!!! To the point, I have almost Jai Hazed them. If they fix the issues it looks like a lovely mech.

I wasnt expecting that price tag at the end I was expecting 40 or 50 bucks. Way better mods out there for the money. Good job Mike.
