The Oumier Rudder was the mod you were thinking of. The Rage had a similar battery door, I still have a working one of those, a dual 18 AND a squonker that's still prolly no bigger than this one. Great review of a so-so mod.
Yeh I was really hoping for a new sqounk mod. We need more rages . There are soo many dual 18650s why not a 21700 not that big of a compromise. Buy hey that's what they went with . Still looks nice nonetheless. Thx mike ?

It’s a little wide for a dual 18650 but it doesn’t look THAT big. Props to them for making a mod that has TC/TCR and custom curves. A lot of newer mods don’t and I’m a TC vaper. Wish you had reviewed those features, Mike, or at least the TC. DNA’s are great for TC but I don’t wanna drop that much loot on a mod or fiddle with eScribe.

The body's made to be a squonker, just look at the cut-out! But Asvape just redesigned the internals, changed the bottom plate and filled the rest to conform to a dual batt lay-out to save from retooling the whole body assembly. Even a blind vaper can feel the outer design and say it's a squonker. Maybe they just bought the body from another maker who couldn't finance building the squonk mod and made refits and called it their own.

Maybe just take some white nail polish on the negative so that you know that that side is negative ??♂️
Pretty cool mod but I'll stick with my Thelema's.. Can't get enough of em! Use 5 daily and 1 has the Ecliiiiipse. Thanks for showing us this, Mike!

Assvape. The bottom battery door is horrendous. They last two weeks if you’re lucky. Every mod should be C Frame. Ridiculous.

There is a "V2" that fixed the rubber coating issue… Been using mine for a while, and no issues at all.

Everytime i see ohmboy it reminds me of my rage squonk that i cant get any parts or update pisses me off

I call the Company and i get e New one.
1 week later the same shit happens…….
