I’m a little confused smoking is good, vaping is bad, isn’t vaping a way to stop smoking smokes isn’t vaping along the lines with nicotine patches, gum ect. Sounds like it’s all about the money, not what’s better for it’s people, The Health Minister should be replaced if he can’t see the benefits in vaping, there’s plenty of studies, Dr’s and more importantly people state vaping is safer than smoking…
Update the ban has been rescinded until January 2021 so we have 6 months. But LVA and vendors are fighting on our behalf. Doctors won't give you a prescription.
Update: They withdrawlled it it by 6 months. Bogan said it still isn't enough and we need to push until we have vape stores actually selling nicotine based juices. Please everyone sign the petition that is pinned so us Australians dont have to choke on cigarette smoke.
Title is kinda misleading. Yes, they banned vaping. Yes, smokers now have to turn to cigarettes. That doesn't mean they're physically forcing people to smoke cigarettes.
They really think kids are stupid. They aren't looking at the pictures or flavor and then deciding that they might try it. Chances are they wanted to try it and then looked up info on it or walked in a vape store for more info.
The problem is all these people in high positions Regurgitating things that they have heard here & there. They don't know a thing about VAPING and their making the decision for us. They think it's the same as smoking . Which anyone who know anything about vaping knows it's not. . Ask any Smoker that has switched to vaping . They should be listening to the people who have smoked coughing , struggling to breathe, stinking of cigarettes , and financial affected because of the high cost of cigarettes . So if I can use something that is less harmful and can eliminate al the problems that comes with smoking . IT'S A NO BRAINER. I have smoked for 40 years a very heavy smoker tried all the stop smoking things and none of them worked for me and I still kept on smoking at the same time. A friend recommend VAPING . Bought my first vape 4ish years ago and BOOM instantly stopped haven't looked back . Started VAPING with 24mg nic now I'm down to 3mg and I am planning for 0mg. but will keep using the vape for any relapse . ✌

There are 3 ingredients in vape juice. VG/ PG and the flavours. If we cut the flavouring (toxic) and PG a petroleum product. Vegetable Glycol VG has minimum harm and doesn’t kill human tissues totally if used in moderation as a quitting method. VG is used in aromatherapy oils and can be brought in a supermarket. Has benefits as a moisturiser. You can purchase VG with nicotine and no flavouring or PG. this guy used a vape with hemp oil illegally brought. He is fake news
They are loosing to much money from the 280% tax that they are putting on cigarettes, and that why they want everyone to stop vaping. They don't care about how many people they kill every year. It all comes down the money. Every six months they put the price of cigarettes up and say "we do this so that you can give up smoking". What a load of crap. And a big shot out the guys and girl in New Zealand for all your help. We love you. Keep on vapping
As much as I disagree with this BS happening there wouldn't it be better for everyone to get off all nicotine products anyway? Now first let me say, vaping non-nicotine products is pretty much completely safe, I know people that have done it for a decade with no problems. It's the nicotine which is bad no matter what the source is. It is a toxic alkaloid that was used as an insecticide in the past. I raises blood pressure by constricting blood vessels and that can even increase your chance of getting blood clots. Anyone addicted to nicotine should really look into products like Zyban (bupropion) which believe me, really helps you kick the habit. Then everyone can get off that poison and the government can screw itself along with Big Tobacco.
Here in Poland, today (July 1st) came into force an excise on e-liquids (even non-nicotine shortfills, bases etc) that practically doubled their prices. What a weird coincidence huh? Something's fishy here, and it smells like tobacco. Big tobacco
