Tbh.. I think vaping should be legal at an age of 14 or 16, since its 95% not as toxic as cigs. Its like beer in Germany, they are allowed to drink beer at 16 since it doesn't contain as much alc. As in Vodka, etc.
There is always going to be abuses in corner stores/gas stations – with cigarettes, alcohol, lottery tickets and vaping products. Yes, they should crack down and get rid of the bad apples and that will take the pressure off those who are adhering to the laws.
vape peoducts should only be piechased at a vape store due to vapestores having more knowledge of items and knowing the rules.now vaping i see is more gonna be hated on because of what happend.
This just goes to show you how uneducated people are about vaping. I think stores should be absolutely strict with their ID policy because as adults, we should get to choose what we put in our bodies and the kids unfortunately are ruining that for people who need it.

It'll b just as convienent for the hobbyist whos going there anyway. It will make it more challenging for the smoker who stops at his fav gas station on the way home from work picking up a vape which does suck. I do think vapungbhas grow exponitially in recent years so its not like it was in 2012. Now everyone knows about vaping. Most ppl know someone who vapes that can direct them where to go. Mtl the internet. Everyone has a computer in their friggin pocket and doing a google search isnt difficult. Thatd my view on it. It sucks but its a necessary limitation of the industry to not add fuel to an already raging fire.
I think its absolutely disgusting that the police would go to such lengths to lock up and ruin the lives of a person selling vape products to a minor. I'd rather they vape than smoke.
