I don't like that logic about venting. I know in a perfect world only experienced vapers would use this.. but you know how that is. Ha. Accidents happen. Hope that plastic melts fast b4 the pressure builds up. Huge con. That's a no go from me.. just my opinion.
Mike, can you explain why a mechanical mod, which is straightforward, should cost so much? There's no board, no extra buttons, no screen. It doesn't even come with an atomizer.
I consider myself too new to get a mechanical mod. I suppose really it's that I don't trust my sometimes absent-minded self to always remember what's safe on it and what's not. I'm still curious about them, though. And this one is gorgeous, I just don't understand the cost.

IMO…..venting holes should be standard. Just like a seat belt comes standard on a car. Safety should always be #1 concern. You can never assume that the person using the device is experienced in vaping. Great review Mike!!!!
Great review as always, but this mod has features that I deem inappropriate. Could have been made in such better fashion (regardless if it is a good vape quality or not), the features and the creator saying advanced users don't need this or that…just not right. Especially in the eyes of the FDA and others that already have an eye on the vape community. Not surprised this is coming from Russia. Fuck, the phillipines and others make great ones, figures Russia and shit doesn't follow the positive machining and features for what should be required.
