The worst customer support they don't they do not recognize their faults, my therion gave me the problem of batteries that many people have that problem, check on YouTube and they only told me excuses, if you have a problem do not bother to waste time with them, 3 hours lost and they were just excused and more excused, I'm done Throwing mine away, sometimes a good customer service is what make a company.
Mike have you ever had issues with juice getting all over inside the battery compartment? Everytime I open my door there's juice on the inside of the door and all around the bottle….
Just arrived and I just can’t even believe how much I love this squonker! It’s just easy and the power is fantastic, I’ve been using a pulse bf mechanical and I just can’t stand the drop in power every time you draw on it. Pulse is great for your first one but man a regulated squonker is so much better. To bad the pulse bf 80 had the issues with chip but so glad I got out of my preorder and went with the lost vape as I really wanted it first but the price held me back. After I realized it was not much price difference 99 vs 75 I got the quality one .its so much more comfortable in the hand than a square box and the firing button doesn’t hurt my hand. I had no issues with putting it together, squonk bottle is perfect and the refill bottle is amazing. Usually it’s quite messy but I used refill bottle from the start and now I don’t have greasy fingers and it’s not all over my mod. Zero leaking at all. I am using a pulse 24 which I love. Now battery life is short, But I have plenty of batteries , easily I can see needing 3 batteries a day if I’m off and two if working( could be because I’m playing with it so much right now) the battery went in easily for me and out without issue or removing bottle. I just don’t have any issue with that like reviewers have had. Or I have a new version than what they got. LOVE IT. I got my in black with white door. DNA board is easy too navigate and the screen is awesome. Thanks for putting such a great review up as it totally sold me.
