What's going on Mike, Brad here. I am loving that device brother. Love the Stab wood effect. I like how it looks like a real high end mod but it's real affordable. Love the option to change the screen color's as you know I tinker and have to do Mod hack to change mine lol. It reminds me of the Smok Xcube except on that it is just the LED that changes. And not sure whats going on with that battery read out. Maybe it is delayed and don't show live time read out, not sure. That could cause a problem if i think my battery is fine and leave the house and it dies on me lol. Anyway great review brother, I'm out of here. #CASSA#DoYourPart
So apparently the starss version is the cheap knockoff of the asmodus stride vr80. My blue one that i bought 2 months ago is completely unusable. the button broke 🙁 Currently I'm looking for a tear apart guide because the warranty was only for 30 days. So buy the genuine stride not starss!
I know this is a relatively 'old' review Mike but does it give you the annoying 'low battery' warning the Evic Mini does when below about 60% battery life. I just ordered this and plan on using it around 50-60w…..Thanks.
Hey Mike I just got one and I love the mod man it's awesome but I can't get the page to work for the registration so I can get my updates and upgrades for the mod…. know anything about That? it says to type in STARSSTECH.COM/warranty- registration but the page is apparently unheard of and won't show up online at all? is this a bogus mod or dealer cause I'm abit losses that I was told I could get updates and upgrades but the page isn't working….. any help would be great!
follow up question: do i get the Stride VR80 or the Smoant Charon 218 TC? both are classy looking mods. choosing which of them can be a alternative to my mech mod.
I have one and the price vs functionality is amazing! It fires perfect, and the mods are my personal liking and the screen shocked me actually, I was expecting to get what I paid for and this thing you’ll have to get
Good review, Mike. For me, beauty, bells, and whistles are no substitute for functionality. I'd rather have an ugly device that works properly.

This mod seems to think it's a Carlos Creation or something. I do like the screen though.
For me the two things I like most about the mod is that it does mouth to lung and direct lung hits…lol. That was funny Mike
