1) I messed up on the construction aspect of the device. It's actually ALUMINUM, not a Zinc-Alloy. 2) There are also 2 more colour options that we didn't receive: Black & White. So, if you wanted a more tamed look to your setup, you have options!

First time I ever disagree with you Dave. The Zlide has almost the exact same hit as the Zenith tank if you are using the 1.6ohm coils. All the other coils are junk, but the 1.6 at 12 watts in either the Zlide or Zenith hit the same and better then a Caliburn imo.

I subbed following your vaporesso Gen review, but on checking out the channel it seems that reviews aren't your primary focus. Will you continue doing reviews like this? I think they're great and so much better than the usual 20 minute sit down scroll through the same menus etc. We all know how a bloody mod works ffs. I hope we see more of these! Thanks
I think you might have missed the point of this device. It is geared towards NEW vapers. Simple to use and meant to help you get off the cigarettes. Some new vapers need a device that lasts long and is pretty but don't want to have to take classes in order to figure out a crazy menu system. I have been vaping since 2010 and I still can't figure out the menu on half the devices out there, nor do I care to. You have to look at this device as if it were the first device you pick up after throwing away the cigarettes. I say this to customers every day, "It's not as simple as lightin' the end of 'er" but this device is close. (you also forgot the purple version) 😉
IMO, most vape products are not geared towards MTL vapers nor smokers wishing to switch to vaping. By excluding these groups, the industry is doing a disservice to itself and to people in these 2 categories. This is the reason I use Innokin products exclusively – I am a MTL vaper (4 years) and the team of Phil, Dimi and Innokin have worked hard to provide vapers in this category with choices and the Adept kit is just that; a choice. Dave, you state in your review the kit has limited options as though that is a negative. For $64.99 I don’t need a lot of options…how much is a carton of smokes? What about pod systems? – not many options with those devices save for draw activated or button activated. When I purchase the Adept (from DV) I plan to top it with my Zlide or Zenith tanks and I’m confident I’ll love it. Not everyone needs the option to go up to 80 or 100 watts – I stay at 15 – 15.5 on my Kroma A’s, perfect for me. My name is Janine, and I am a MTL vaper! ✊??
I got this in the mail the other day for review. I was super excited about it until I realized I couldn't adjust the wattage to even 30 watts for a single coil Rta. What a missed opportunity.
Lol such a relatively bulky "thicc" mod that can't even hit 30w? Umadbro? Might as well be using multitudes of other smaller mods with more output power.
I totally agree. The plex 3d coils have no flavour. I bought a Z Biip and after all the hype and positive reviews I was super excited but just couldn't get a decent vape. My mate runs a zlide on his pico. Same deal. Weak flavour

What salt nic level of juice do I need to refill my pods so they have the same throat hit as a regular juul pod??
