Tobacco should be illegal the only reason it isn’t when compared to vaping incidents is because tobacco doesn’t knock people on there ass after one puff which yeah of course I get that.. kids are dying from it which shouldn’t be acceptable but unfortunately the only thing that would alleviate and hopefully eliminate that issue is education and absolutely not criminalization. Criminalization speaks volumes to the “boomers” tho which are generally the majority of voters which have a hand in keeping this guy in office plus it’s a provocative action that looks really good but it’s really just an extremely lazy way to “wash your hands of blood” when in reality you are doing nothing productive with your power and in fact you are ultimately giving up and accepting defeat to the black market issues which makes them all powerful and all the more harmful especially considering the lack of education that likely follows long term.
The way they passed the bill should be illegal, shady and be revoked or blocked by court. When government will understand we don’t want nannies. As adults we should have the right to choose what we want regardless of is healthy or not. Our lives and bodies! Also I read that Biden is willing to ban vaping nation wide. Looks like democrats will be united to kill vaping industry, seriously this is ridiculous. I feel the wevapewevote movement has made little progress….sad
I'm Brazilian and here the selling of vape products (devices and liquids) is ilegal, absolutely no one cares people sell the stuff online openly and some tabaco stores have them too. If NY doesn't want your tax money, fuck them
i love my flavor. But if it were to be unattainable for average user, I would either quit, or come to terms with flavorless vape, as long as i can still get a nic hit or throat hit, thats the main lol.. it will still taste way better than a cigarette.
