All this is going to do is boost the underground scene. People with 3d printers and anyone with the knowledge and skill could just make their own mods. There are 100's of wiring diagrams and tutorials on the internet so simple anyone could follow along and have a decent result. All you need for a simple mech mod is a hobby box and some sheet metal. The atomizer would be harder to make but it's not impossible, I've seen a friend of mine make a dripper with a small block of aluminum he sent off to a shop to be milled out. As long as there are people that enjoy the craft it will survive. Just look at the marijuana industry. It's been illegal for YEARS and it didn't stop anything. This will be the same.
There is a new law in sweden that states that u cannot vape in public places…. Wich includes vape shops…. We are not allowed to test out the products because we are vaping… In a fucking vape café!!!?
There's two outcomes to an enforcement like this. 1. Vape products almost entirely disappear, practically banning them without a ban. 2. Vaping survives, but the FDA makes hella money. It just sounds like a win-win to the FDA and tobacco companies, with no gains in sight for vape product manufacturers
I think this is stupid, because for example Smok Nord has 15 or 20 different color renditions, that is $3,750,0000 USD to $50,000,000 USD, i know damn well they don't make that much money in their company after the pay; employees, bills, taxes, and etc… Now Smok and most company's are based in China so the actually price they have to pay ¥353,125,000.00 to ¥ 264,843,750.00. So no its not fair because these companies don't make that kind of money
