Zophie, Can you help? I am a regular viewer/subscriber of your youtube video's and love them all. I love your reviews and give a ways….If anyone could help me it would be you. So I purchased a Wismec RX75 at a local shop. 2 weeks after purchase the digital display started flashing, nothing would respond. I swapped out the battery with a new one, cleaned the connectors, tried updating the firmware, nothing worked. The local store I purchased it out told me to contact Wismec. I contacted Wismec through their support multiple times. After weeks of nothing, I was told to email them a video of the product showing its defects and the security seal, which I did. I was told they were not responsible and they would not help me. I really cannot afford to go out and buy another vaping set up and it was really helping me quit cigarettes. What should I do? Any advice from a vaping expert? Thank You so much! Love your videos!!
