  1. I live in South Africa and during the first 3 stages of our lockdown cigarettes and all nicotine products were banned. CBD products including liquids were still available and even though I was buying cigarettes on the black market and I had to cut down a lot cause they cost and arm and a leg and cbd help supress alot of the anxiety and withdrawals. The CBD doesn't get rid of nicotine withdrawal completely but it does help

  2. There's also botanicals, they act like nicotine in the body but are non-addictive, once I'm done with my bottle of Sour Sweetzz I'll be attempting to move over to 0mg juice.

  3. Love your videos very information keep up the good work
by chance you know where I can find a video that shows the difference between smoking and vaping I have in-laws that say it's the same thing they had the mindset that they're right I'm wrong

  4. I like vaping ,I did like smoking, after a heart attack 10 years ago I've been vaping ever since I just turned 58years old,so I'm going to keep vaping I did start at 12-18 nic now I'm at 6 for years now it works for me have a great day ?

  5. I smoked for 54 years and now have vaped for close to 4 years and have no intention of quitting,
I started vaping a 12mg of nic and after 2 years dropped to 9mg and a couple of weeks ago I when mixing I decided to drop it to 6mg everything okay so far, the funny thing is while vaping a 50/50 PG/VG I get a zit every now and again but if I change to 75/25 VG/PG I get a zit farm it's horrible getting zits like that at 72 years of age.

  6. Dunno man I smoked fairly regularly like a couple cigarettes every couple days. Soon as I switched to vaping I slowly started vaping more and more untill I was vaping daily. I now vape from morning to night so my habit has definetly gotten worse whereas with cigs I was pretty stable for about 2 years without falling into a daily habit. Dunno if that means it's more addictive but I can't go more than an hour or so without getting hit with cravinga

  7. You might also lower the wattage if you just can’t help it with the count for me I stopped using the rpm and stated using the caliburn cos it has higher ohm count there for less wattage and never worry about the count

  8. Looking only at nicotine strength is a bit fallacious. For example, 18mg in a small low power pod kit (4-8w) is about the equivalent of 3mg in a high power mod (30-80w). Total e-liquid consumption of a device needs to be taken into account to work out what dose you're actually getting I can vape my 18mg pod all day and only consume 2ml of e-liquid (36mg total dose) at 7w, in my mod I use 4.5mg and consume about 8ml of e-liquid (36mg total dose) at 30w. ~4x the power, ~4x the e-liquid, the same dose from a weaker e-liquid from my pod to my mod.

If I dropped my strength from 18mg to 9mg but changed to a more powerful device I would be getting 72mg of nicotine instead of 36mg (assuming 9mg is even stomachable at 30w!). When I first got my mod I didn't understand this and tried using my usual 18mg e-liquid and it was impossible to vape, luckily I had some VG and watered down what I had with it to 6mg and still thought it was too strong so dropped again to 4.5mg which I later realised is a perfect match to what I was using. I have two mods, my alternate mod runs best at 60-80w so my 4.5mg is slightly too strong for it (I still use it as I make 1L bottles of base nicotine mix which I add my flavouring too), although I use my dessert flavours (cheesecakes, custards and creams) in that mod so it doesn't get as much use (I find dessert flavours get sickly if I use them for more then 3-5 puffs although they're gorgeous for short periods). My daily 30w vape juice is TFAs kiwi and key lime mixed, a nice zesty fruit flavour. I'm still yet to find a strawberry flavour I enjoy which would be nice mixed with kiwi (TFAs ripe strawberry has a Hazelnut aftertaste in my opinion which creeps me out since I'm allergic to hazelnuts)

I love guava fruit as well but I found TFAs guava tasted like burnt rubber which has put me off ever trying another guava flavouring. I've finally taken the plunge on another apple flavouring after finding Capella's green apple candy tasted like super glue 😮

  9. "ok i just want to preface this video with saying that, if ypu are vaper, you are not a smoker" yeah, tell the canadian government that!! assholes not only categorize vaping as smoking, they make vaping laws reflect the smoking laws, and then to top it all off, because the government treats vaping as if its smoking, the general public whole heatedly believe that vaping is exactly the same as smoking, if not worse, and because of this narrative, even landlords thinks its perfectly acceptable to try to ban people from vaping on properties. The main reasons smoking were banned from buildings is because cigarette smoke can damage the interior of buildings, extremely hard to eliminate the residual smell, and the smoke travels to other residence in the building none of which applies to vaping (or at least i havent found any evidence of that without the 6 years i have been heavily vaping). this bullshit about vaping is the same as smoking has to stop.
