The 510 is lower on the RX200, most atty are breaking the plastic inside the 510 in Reuleux and it will finally short. I've had 2 shorted….. Triad lifted it for better contact and to center large mods. A 30mm mod sticks out about 3 or 4 mm the front of the Reuleux….. It fits the Triad perfect. The batteries will pop out easier in a month after the springs loosen up……
Battery cover is rattling like a bitch. And installing/removing the batteries is a bitch too. Fixed both issues myself. If interested – I've described it here:

I've had this device for nearly 3 months now, i actually purchased this because of your review. Everything about this mod is pretty fantastic, it is a little heavy but that's nothing i'd complain about as it makes the feel of the mod to be well built.
I carry this all day in my pocket with a cloth glasses bag around it, i work on a recycling plant, in heavy vehicles, carrying heavy loads and lots of manual labour. This thing takes a good beating and is still fine. The front panel though, i have scratched the grey paint a little from plugging in the USB stuff when doing custom logo's and etc with escribe so i may end up getting a wrap for the front. That's all i can complain about. I did tear a slight rip in my battery plastic cover on the top but it's not an issue at all.
Everyone who i hand this to, to feel the design in their hands all say it's heavy but they rather like the design and feel none the less.

mike how come you dont like the 510 on the wismec dna?? i have it and never ever experienced problems with it… everything ive ever used on it sits flush…. i do however experience occasional problems with those battery circles that are supposed to keep the batteries in place or whatever… sometimes it loses contact
I just got a Triade 250 for Christmas Mike! LOL and I had to watch to see how to go from wattage to temp control! I also got a Griffin 25 Plus and a Goon! Man, it's awesome. Could you recommend a drip tip for the Goon…and what material would you recommend? 🙂
My Triade dna250's battery always jumps from about 30% to 5%.. for no reason… I hate that it happens, cause you think you have a bit of battery left, and suddently its empty… And its really hard to know how much battery life i really got left… I use 3*VTC5A batteries, and i have inserted the right amount of watt hours in Escribe.
I've been talking with someone about trading my lava box dna200 for his triade dna200 is it worth it? He's throwing in batteries and some coils for my rda. I've got the 1300mah kit on the lava box and still have the stock battery. I'm looking at it price wise because the lava box is about $160 the cheapest without the extended battery kit. And the triade is going for $89.99 for the cheapest.
still cant find any alternative variable mod for my rx's… can you suggest sir Mike with 3batts?

mike is it normal for my resistance ro jump around in power mode or should i lock the resistance in power mode? im new to dna's thnx

Hi Mike, can I use my Triade's 200 USB port for battery charge or only for firmware upgrade? Should I use charger for battery?
