Yup you were correct mKe those holes under the cotton are for juice flow. Very similar to the doom rta it is supposed to wick from not only the sides but from under the coil. Only thing is you have to just barely tuck your cotton into the ring that holds it so the juice can flow under the cotton and feed your coil from under it through those holes on the deck. Hope that made sense, anyway not my type of thing but I watched anyway to support one of my favorite peeps in the vape game ??
