Absolutely fucking ridiculous! Every time I hear this shit it gets me angry. If they pass this, our provincial government are full of idiots (more so than before). I would not be surprised if these new policies become part of legislation though. There's precedence for government officials being ignorant idiots. It's fucking dangerous and stupid to limit what vape shop employees can talk to their customers about… All this information is dumber than the look on Kathleen Wynne's face when you use big words.
Is Bill targeting flavor or the name of the vape flavor juice, for example "Mango Candy" will be ban because its name has the word candy? Or ban becsuse the way the flavor was made that taste like candy. Which is it, because if they're talking about the name, just name it something else.
The war against vaping is a global one and it should worry us all. The steps being taken in Canada are pathetic and will ultimately harm the public. Good advice around vaping is necessary and having a wide range of flavours helps stop people from returning to cigarettes. Harming vaping will prevent people from making the switch, lack of information will do the same, and in the end more people will die of smoking related illnesses. I wish you guys luck from over the pond in Scotland, I just hope things don't become as restrictive here.
meanwhile in finland…. over 2ml tanks are illegal and only place where you can buy vapes is a vape shop… and you cant browse vape shop products on the net…..;
I can see why they are banning flavour e juice but I think once they do it the sales are going to go down big time because I'm pretty sure a lot more people would pick something sweet and smooth then something bland and taste like a cigar. These flavours are just gonna make people want to smoke again. Im defently going to send an email!
