Doesn't this ruling mean that the ban could still potentially be lifted come October 28th if Bakers goons can't come up with a good excuse to continue it?
The only way to stop the government from totally destroying vaping is to force them to separate vaping from tobacco legally. Vaping was dead as soon as the lawmakers were allowed to label vaping "tobacco devices".
Here in Europe there are a shit-ton of regulations, and at first it really annoyed me but now I see what COULD have happened instead. So I'm actually all in for regulations (if the alternative is a complete ban)
IMO vape shops should require ID checks for all transactions, if they don't already do this (the one I go to always checks mine before the transactions takes place even as a repeat customer who's in their database). Illegal unregulated THC products ought to be banned & treated as the usual unlawful harmful drugs, while regulated THC products sold at official dispensaries should be OK and sold with ID verification or whatever is usually required to buy them as it is. In medical marijuana states, this means check that are your medical marijuana card along with your ID are valid and up to date.
I live in South Carolina. Luckily, nobody has tried to ban vaping here, but most Americans know we’re one of the dumbest states so… all I can do is hope for the best and try to spread the truth before it’s too late!
I’d be fine with regulation on how small devices can be. I don’t think a vape needs to be any smaller than the SMOK Nord, Breeze NXT, Suorin Air Plus, etc. Beyond that, increased enforcement of age limits is reasonable.
Cannabis legalization is the problem here. What we’re seeing with these THC cartridges is the result of some states legalizing while others still have Draconian laws against cannabis possession. Nothing short of nationwide legalization of cannabis can put an end to the counterfeit cartridge circulation.
Fully legalize cannabis, stop banning vapes, and regulate both carefully.
This is an absolute joke it’s pretty amazing how quick they were jumping on the ban wagon makes you wonder how deep these states need those msa payments !
I feel like the states are protecting big Tobaco and big pharma by trying to remove the competition so big Tobaco can have the entire market for themselves so the msa payments continue and get bigger
Hey @DashVapes Dave i live in MA have been vaping for 5 years and it helped me stop smoking after 20 years of smoking butts. Im lucky enough that i know some people so am stil able to get my pods. Everyone who isnt a vapor here thinks its worse than crack cocaine i try and show as many people your videos and usually sets them off in their own investigative track to illicit THC. Keep the good vids coming ill keep sharing. Thanks brother!

I’d say a nicotine cap would be a good ruling something like 25mg for salts seems decent for people recently coming off of tobacco products

I think 20 mg of nicotine should be it i mean in europe it works too i think above 20 should be only being ok with a Doctor
