I see smok aren't learning and the length of time you have to press the power keys to lock and unlock is much too quick. You should have to hold them down for 3 seconds. My smok mod has unlocked itself and adjusted the wattage many times in my pocket. It has been like this for at least a year now. Haven't seen a single reviewer pick up on this
That "child lock" is 100% to keep the coil in place so it doesn't leak like every other press fit coil mod they make. SMOK ITS GUNNA LEAK……. hopefully the lock helps
hey mike great review. And leaving the subject that would be the video, you as an influencer could talk to the element to change the carrier. It's been five days since my mod came out for delivery and it never arrived. I bought at element because I thought it was a serious company.
If it utilized a replaceable battery such as a 21700, I would agree with Mike that this is the best of the RPM to date. However, I strongly disagree with manufacturers building internal battery mods. Manufacturers do this to force consumers into replacing the entire device when the battery gets tired. I strongly prefer to swap a battery at a fraction of the cost and allow me to not sit by a charger all the time. Manufacturers know that selling the device is where the profits are and it simultaneously promotes a reduction in standard costs associated with giving support if/when an issue arises after the warranty and battery are both done with. Smok knows it, I believe it and hope others catch on to why internal battery devices are likely made in the first place…if it isn't waterproof, don't make it an internal battery device. Waterproofing a vape device is silly anyway…they don't float, so if ya drop it in the lake, it's gone anyways.
I don't like that you have to click the power button 5 times to turn the mod on. Smok does that and most vape companies do that. Its really one of those cons for me that needs to be changed. I have the geekvape nano built in battery and I am using the pods for the first time and this mod is just awesome so far. The only con for me about it is the short charging cord.

Does it leak as badly as all their other products? Nord 4 and all of the novos are pretty bad..
