They always tell you to change the cabin filter cuz they charge you a lot to do it. In Calgary because it's so dry your cabin filter will clog up in no time.
i'm not gonna say that vaping wont clog your cabin filter BUT i worked in quick lubes and mechanic shops for over 10 years and can say that the cabin air filter is one biggest up-sells there is, if its a bit dirty they will try to up-sell it even if you don't really need it. i used to get 2$ for every air filter and cabin filter that i sold. also vaping in the car will only affect the cabin air filter if you have your ac/heat set to recirculate. otherwise your blower pulls air from outside.
