Hi mate. Please can you tell me how to change the coil as im struggling to change the coil? For some reason it does not loosen up so im not sure if im doing it right. Please could you show me how to change it? Thanks ☺
I bought my device less than 3 months ago, I am a first time vaper and have needed to phone a friend for all the issues I've been having. First issue started after I changed the coil the first time. I kept getting an error pop – 9.99 ohms flashing and every 3rd time I would fire the device it would ask me if I replaced the atomizer (which is funny because it doesn't ask me that when I ACTUALLY change the coil/atomizer.) After taking it back to the vendor, they replaced the bottom air control valve piece and that had me running great…… until I needed to replace the coil again. Same issue started happening again. This time when I took it in, they pulled the pin further out of the bottom of the air control valve to give it a better connection. After that, it asks me every 20 or so times I fire the device if I replaced the atomizer. (2 weeks ago) Last week I started having issues where if I set the wattage above 30, it makes the flavors taste like burnt plastic and it burns chest and throat to inhale (I have since borrowed another device, added the same flavor and compared; my nano makes the flavor taste like burnt plastic, even if it is running at 25.5 watts.) I changed the coil, cleaned the whole device and tried again, same issues. – tastes like burnt plastic and can't run above 25 watts/still asks me constantly if there is a new atomizer. My coil still constantly pops the "replaced atomizer? y/n?" and resets itself to .667 ohms. I just contacted KangerTech regarding my issues today, no response yet. I am EXTREMELY frustrated with it. Anyone else have similar issues???!
I changed my coil on my topbox nano this morning for the first time, and I'm having a ruff time getting to smoke now. My om meter is flashing zeros. And it won't smoke, if i loosen the the whole tank assembly I get a reading of 0.45om and it's still not smoking very well. Mike Vapes do you have any advise for me?
You are correct sir, I am new to vaping and don't know what the big deal is about using a "nickel coil" Is it a health concern? And what is the deal about "clapton" coils?

So funny story, i bought this kit today. First off, it now comes with battery stickers, second i charred the nickel coil immediately because i fired the button unboxing it. Whoops. But its so weird that the nickel comes preinstalled yet the mod comes default to powered or wattage mode. So they fixed one thing you complained about but not the actual dangerous thing? GG Kanger.

I'm using the clapton coil and I still get a 2 second delay. Whats that about?

Getting this next week, how long does the clapton coil last if i vape everyday, how often should i put a new one in.
Kangertech says you SURE can use stainless steel coils on the Topbox Nano! So why are you telling people that you can't ???
