  1. In all seriousness banning flavours is stupid, When I started smoking cigarettes I didnt start with menthols I grabbed regular cigarettes and it was all based on the feeling they gave me, after 15 years of smoking I was coughing myself awake, I stunk, nothing tasted proper, and I was wheezing like crazy. After switching to vaping all of those symtoms I listed were gone within a month, now I'll admit that some flavours do not sit well with me and kind of make me cough but to fix that I just don't buy that flavour anymore. As for teenage vaping, I don't feel like this is much of an issue because there is far worse things in Canada these kids can get their hands on. The media talks about vaping so damn much they forget all about the actual epidemics, like weed mixed with fentinyl that is killing people immediately after one use, or the rest of the drugs that are everywhere. Vaping is the least of Canada's worries regarding teens and yet it is the most covered topic in the media it seems. I think Canada should be their own damn country, instead of being a follower of the US.

  2. Well what will you expect, government officials studied on how to manipulate people not to cure them. They even need a doctor for their health, they have no idea of what is happening, big tobacco can pay great fortune to the lazy quack doctors to spread false information. Thats how the world rolls they are always at the top of the triangle stepping on everyone beneath them.

  3. ATTENTION: If you have someone saying that vapers are weak/ trying to impair the image of vapers OR if someone is trying a little too hard to convince you vaping is unhealthy when it doesn't effect them at all. They are likely hired instructed opinions. Throw some knowledge at them and call them out on being hired opinions. They disappear faster than a flushed poo. I've already bagged me a couple ?

  4. This ban is beyond ridiculous. It is an archaic response to misinformation. Nova Scotia has announced a total ban on flavored e-juice starting on April 1st. The only flavor allowed will be tobacco or plain. Sooo….we don't want people to smoke but you CAN vape tobacco flavored e-juice? I personally have heard three people already say they are going back to cigarettes. The main reason given for the ban was to prevent youth vaping. Vape products and stores already are restricted access to persons under 19 years of age and yet they are still getting the products, so how will this deter them in the future? They will still get what they want, (as every generation of teenagers has done since the beginning of time), probably through the black market and the situation with tainted products will become worse. Not to mention all the small shops that will inevitably close due to the drop in sales. Every person I have spoken to is outraged by this legislation and yet I see very little backlash against it here in the province. I am curious to know if there is a movement to fight back, or will the province's vapers just rollover and let it happen? I have heard that Ontario is looking at similar legislation. Vaping is the only system that got me off of cigarettes after well over 30 years of smoking. My son owns a vape shop and we have no idea what this will mean to him and his livelihood. To say that I am disappointed in the province's politicians is an understatement. Stephen McNeil seems to have forgotten the small business person and his own humble beginnings. The health problems of every vaper that goes back to smoking is on the heads of these misinfomed, vote pandering politicians. They should be held accountable. In a perfect world, no one would have any vices, but that is not the situation so don't take away our support system due to a general misunderstanding and misinformed public perception about vaping. Nova Scotia, once again you bow to the puritans and the politicians who are only doing what they think will win them votes. Let's see the outcry if they decided to ban flavored alcohol, (which 100% panders to youth through deceptive advertising and suggestive images) due to the number of underage deaths from car accidents, alcohol poisoning and alcohol related accidents. I am so disappointed that the people in charge are able to decide for me what I can and cannot do. Dash Vapes is the only forum I see out there actively trying to dispel the myths and falsehoods about vaping. I wish there was a general forum that one could go to to join forces and help fight this legislated denial of our rights!

  5. DashVapes, I respect and completely appreciate your in-depth info and reporting, but don’t forget to make your entertaining videos from time to time. Keep up the good fight otherwise!!

  6. This makes perfect sense.Michael Bloomberg who is an Ambassador for the World Health Organization(which is shady)donated more than $160 million against vaping and that was in the press on 9/10 BEFORE Trump called it out on 9/11!!So while everyone is running on about MSA payments and the tobacco industry the real bad guy is running for POTUS here in the US…So figure out a different way out of this because everyone is going to lose this especially if they believe the truth matters!!!

  7. I’m gonna be honest here,
I am an underage vaper. I know I shouldn’t be watching this video but it peeked my interests, I started smoking at the age of 14 because my mother has been smoking for years and I wanted to try it, I never thought I’d become addicted I just thought it would be something fun to do from time to time, boy was I wrong. I started looking into how to quit smoking because my lungs had started hurting so bad and it became difficult to get many packs a week. I saw that there was different options like gum, patches, and vaping. I tried the patches but it was too much and I still missed the tight drag of cigs and the smoke. I bought a juul from my nearby gas station and bought some tobacco pods with it, I started using the juul more often than cigs and am happy to report quitting smoking. But there was a new battle, the juul I Became so addicted to this thing that I was going through almost two pods a day and trying different flavors when I couldn’t get the tobacco I was used to. I’m now stuck with the juul and have been trying to quit for a week now, I bought the novo 2 along with some 3mg nicotine and I hope this will help me quit, but I fear making the large jump from 50mg to 3mg won’t help much. Wish me luck(p.s. I’m 16 in February)

  8. I am a Nova Scotian. I have recently moved away from cigarettes entirely and have been vaping since September. I am deeply disappointed in my government for their ignorance but also, I live in Halifax where they banned smoking/vaping in all public areas – thankfully cops aren’t dicks and not a single person has been ticketed for this bylaw.

When they ban flavours and shut down the shops, where the employees have become my friends, and take away hundreds if not thousands of jobs, I want the government of Nova Scotia to know that I will smoke again because of their ignorance, and I will hold nothing but contempt for a government that complains that people won’t come to our province and then when they do come with a good business idea, they take it away from them.

They completely screwed up cannabis legalization and took away thousands of potential jobs there too. This horrendous, foolish pattern of lawmaking doesn’t just apply to restricted products, it applies to medical clinics as well and many others.

Our government has no right to complain about people not wanting to come here or for professionals to leave because it is their moronic approach to small business legislation that pushes everyone away.

I don’t plan to stay here long after I finish my education so hopefully these idiots won’t plague me and bring me down much longer. Our province’s government is rightfully a laughing stock. I’m not anti government, I’m anti idiots.

  9. Hey a new “study” just came out talking about long term affects of only 3 years I haven’t had time to read the article yet but can you review the article and maybe discuss it in your next video
