Yes the rubber seal is the first thing to go in the disopsable pods and that looks exact same. Saying that you can still use the seal if detached providing you don't lose it. The coil always outlasts it. Wish they would put a white mark on the open end of the seal or on the pod to indicate the open end. Otherwise you can only see it in a brightly lit room and only with very good eyesight. The xlim is my favorite pod and have tried many. Think I pick it up the most due to it's size and weight but doesn't lack in performance or features compared to any other device I've used and flavor is immense
Looks great. Would be amazing if they took the same pods as the regular XLIM. Could be a perfect gift for my brother to stop quit smoking, no screen and just regular pods so people don't have to mess with coils etc. Hopefully, they make closed pods for it also (if not that's a big missed opportunity for smokers and beginners that need simplicity).
I think it's time for you to stop sounding like a broken record, Mike. You always ding pods for having rubber plugs, but I've never seen you ding boros for pretty much always coming with shitty rubber plugs that look way flimsier than most of the pod ones. And don't tell me that there is no other way for boros, I've seen ones where you slide the front panel to fill. And at least a new pod costs a few bucks, whereas I've seen bridgeless boro tanks go for even $50. For a fucking empty tank. I could buy an entire kit for that. I guess boros get special treatment because they're high end and made by prominent people in the industry. It's the same as in the phone market, where you get less features the more you pay. "Oh, you don't need a charger in the box. If you already have $1000 for an iPhone you can definitely afford a charger." sounds a lot like "oh, if you have $300 for this stupid metal box you definitely can pay $50 for an empty tank".

I had bad experience with Caliburn G top fill, the top cap not sealing properly after couple of refills and start leaking. Been using Xlim for more than a year now and I couldn't be happier.
