Hi Mike / anyone, I just purchased my Aegis and I found a little problem about its lock, it is whenever I lock it and just after leaving it idle for few minutes, it gets unlocked by itself. Is there any way I can fix this? Appreciate your quick response. Thank you.
hey i have this mode for more than a month, i only use power mode. i just had two problems if for example i put 31W and fire the mod will show me between 30W and 31W and keep changing very fast with fully charged 26650… this problem happen on random wattage. second problem the water get pass the first screen but good thing it cant pass the second … sorry for my english. does anyone have wattage problem as me ? ;/
I bought this mod and then two Efest 26650 3.7v 4200mAH batteries a day later. I had been using 18650 batteries in the Aegis just fine, but when I put one of the 26650's in I couldn't get the battery cover to screw all the way in without using pliers, then when I took it back out the top and bottom of the battery had been dented in a little bit. I know the first obvious question is why the hell did I force the cover all the way with pliers? Well it was sticking out slightly so I couldn't stand the mod up without it wobbling around, and also I was concerned it wouldn't be waterproof any longer because of that. I mean I was able to get the cover all the way down no problem with an 18650 battery in place, but why not the 26650? So has anyone else had this problem, is it possible I got a defective mod, or is that particular brand of battery too big? And last are lithium batteries still safe to use with their tops and bottoms slightly dented in? Thanks in advance to any answers anyone can give me!
Got mine today. I've not seen ANY reviewers mention that there are two different battery caps to use. The one installed is for 18650 and there is a separate on in the baggie of spare thingies for use with 20700/21700 batteries (which are clearly marked for those sizes) .
Hands down, the aegis is one of the greatest mods ever made. Besides being robust & waterproof (99% of us don’t need), this mod works very well. I have 3 of them, and take one to work with me everyday. Solid performer and just works, well. Bring a couple of extra 26650’s with me, and I’m good to go. Aegis kicks some vape ass. Just sayin.
Hei mike, include battery in the aegis mod?
What's the chip?DNA?
Geekvape Aegis or Minikin v2?
"ay-jis" hehe… just ordered this one today..
That is mod brutality!I will report you to the mod police!LOL

Mike, aegis is a Greek word signifying the one who leads. Even the radar and battle system of the Arleigh Burke Destroyers have the same AEGIS name.
