Hello , i just bought an ,,iStick pico 25,, by eleaf and its a tank but not an rebuildable so i wanted to ask..should i put juice on the little to know cotton seen on the side of the prebuild coils or just put juice in the tank and wait about 20 mins so it can get the cotton wet?
