I don't know. I mean I get all my stuff here in London at a specialised vape shop, but what about the people who don't have a vape shop in their area? Isn't so that you will most likely find vape shops in cities, but little villages will not have enough business for a specialised vape shop. The people there will only have a corner shop or gas station who already sells tobacco, but under this suggestion no vaping products anymore with the needed flavours.
Again we don't even have these issues in the UK. Lets rather start with enforcing age restrictions by pulling the license of bad actors and also have penalties for the underage user or possibly their parents. I would not fancy these products to become harder to get to then other legal and much more harmful drugs like tobacco or alcohol.
I also think it is a slippery slope. First they ban adds, then they ban indoor use, then they ban freedom of speech by not allowing shops to make true health claims, now they restrict places to sell, tomorrow they start taxing the shit out of it, and before you know it we are on the same nanystate path as smoking has already gone trough or worse.
The only thing I could accept is a nicotine cap for normal stores and only allow high nic in specialised stores, cause I don't belief the flavours are the thing that interest kids, it is the high what the huge US nicotine amount gives them.

I have been hammering Trump about this and it's possible he understands the difference all the closed systems and those created by Big Tobacco who sell ecigs and CANCER STICKS don't care about the general health of the population. If companies still sell combustible tobacco along with ecigs those companies should be banned since we all know they only got into the business to make money nothing more. Vape shops hit their bottom line. I've been buying from RoarVapor since 2012 and refuse to buy those other products like JUUL who in my opinion don't care about its customers health. No, unfortunately I don’t see a glimpse of hope. She didn‘t use proper terminology, as they never do. My take is that nothing has changed, and that they actually feel STRONGER about the flavor ban because of the results of the teen survey. I believe she was referring to marijuana when she said the government doesn’t have jurisdiction. That would make sense, because weed is legalized by the states- not the federal government. I did watch her entire interview on Regulator Watch.

Which is exactly what is happening… Either we cant vape, we quit nicotine all toegether… Or go back to smoking and die.. Yeah, not happening… Almost died at 25 from smoking only 10 years after i started… i had pre-cancerous cells in the lining of my throat at 25… i smoked a pack and a half, to 2 packs a day… when they went to look, my throat and lungs were full of soot…on the monitor, it was just pink, pink, Then black/pink, with blue veins running down… Looked like a zombie lung, & it scarred the piss out of me… We cant see what is happening to us on the inside, And that was a big revelation for me… Doctors suggested i start vaping, because i was so addicted.. i was hooked on ciggs bad, i felt so anxious and coupled with that hand to mouth, and the throat hit fixation aspect.. It was weird… i just didnt think i could stop… vaping changed my life though, I think theres alot more in cigarrettes besides nicotine, chemically, thats addictive, that can give you this anxious feeling when you dont have one… after about a year of vaping, it all stopped… i could sleep through the night, without smoking ever hour or two… i could sit through a movie in a theatre without thinking about it… I still get a tiny bit anxious if i leave without my vape or i think about life without it… But i think thats all mental..
Listening to her made me need to lung hit 60 mg salts. If all the busybody soccor moms out there would take one millisecond to realize how smoke free their air is thanks to vape, they'd be advocating in the streets with megaphones. I still have 2 unopened packs of cigarettes and I'll light up 6 at once for the next person who gets in my face to tell me how bad vape is.
