Got confirmation that Asmodus will replace Jai Haze's Minikin v2 and will add the old firmware on there site to remove the new firmware for those that are having resistance issues.

I managed to do the upgrade and mine works OK, it did take 5 attempts, 3 of them it worked but was all over the place, I think you have to keep trying until it works right. The upgrade fixes a couple of temp control issues. They have a gremlin though that needs fixing, also they should have the old firmware online to flash it back
Mike, Please do an update video describing the problems with the firmware. I just got mine and had the issue of ohm reading jumping like crazy, that's before the firmware upgrade. Asmodus told me to run the upgrade but that of course didn't help. You guys have a lot of sway, they do not seem to be helping us customers, their forums are full of people with the same issue. Please help us force them to do something.
its taller because of the battery door I don't mean to correct you but the original minikin has a battery back that's magnetic but great reviews on everything
I just got my Kodoma Minikin 2 back from ASmodus. They won me over. They fixed all the problems, no more Ohm changes and no more problems with wattage control. They sent it back along with a free Triad Genesis RTA as a gesture of good will. So, I am now a big fan of this customer. They called me, showed me videos they shot before they returned it and were just on it. I was very impressed with their responsiveness. I also love my Kodoma Minikin.
I dont know why this is different to a smok device, cost tripple that tho. Beautiful chio but no good chip. get DNA or YIHI.. f minikin and Asmodus !!!!!!

thanks for the heads up on the firmware, I was going to do mine tomorrow.. glad I caught your vid first. I love my minikin v2, no complaints at all.
