Nice job!! If you are curious, the reason they can't come fully assembled is UPS has box size restrictions, and the assembled bike is too big. PS: You might want to set the speed at 39. That's faster than the bike can go but gives you a less sensitive throttle that makes it easier to control the power. Best!
