Hey Dave, I feel as if I screwed up pretty bad at 15, I got into trying out vaping from friends and now I feel a need to have nicotine so my body doesn’t feel weird. Should I continue with the nicotine withdrawal or purchase a kit with a low amount of nic until my body slowly calms down?
Some anti Ecig bigots in the Coastal health authority in BC were posting the Anti-freeze notices at health clinics a few years back. Quite irresponsible of them to perpetuate such non sense that might potential turn off smokers from the making the switch, or have vapers go back to smoking

I have to say though i prefer vaping over smoking. I've smoked a few cigars and every time i do i almost feel dirty and like i need to shower (which i do anyways cause i hate the aftersmell). I can vape all day long and not feel any different and I have 6mg strength to keep from getting too addicted. I'm a very energetic person so i typically do it to slow myself down and relax.

Is vaoing worse then smoking? Ive heard people say it can be worse. I personally dont agree with this because its so new conpared to how long ciggarettes have been around.
