Thanks for the excellent review Mike! I am thoroughly enjoying this Mod, it's stout square build is perfect for the shop and house, no worries about it tipping over after setting it down. It's an awesome no frills Mod, paired with my Recurve. Still waiting for your Squonk mod design to make it's appearance.
You know, I want that mod, but I agree with Mike, it should be about $50. It's very simple, they used a really simple/cheap chip in it, but the cheapest I can find it is $60, and most places want $70-80. That's over priced for such a simple mod. Think I'll wait on a sale.

Mike why can’t I see through the squonk bottle that came with my recurve mod ? I have the gunmetal version and I can’t see the indicator light , the bottle is solid black, also I can’t find a spare bottle to fit , any recommendations? ( I’m in the U.K. )
Unfortunately the cons for me is there's no usb charger port ? For me who loves travelling it's really important, because i didn't bring my charger battery so i need to save my space for my backpack… That's my cons overall, but i love your review mike !
Every now and then I try using TC but I find it pointless, much prefer power mode. I like this mod but can't decide whether to get it or go for the Mach One
Two things mate. 1. Thanks for this review, it's the one I've decided to get for my introduction to squonking. and 2. I fucking love the recurve rda. It's the only rda I've used continuously, although I'm not a fan of having to drip, hence getting a squonk. All the cons you've listed for me count as pros and your pros well obviously they're pros too. Thanks for taking the time to do all this shit. If it wasn't for you, TonyB or the Bogan I'd still be smoking the stinkies.
Thanks for the review Mike, I had been digging around for a cheap dual battery squonk for a bit, got this on eightvape for 43 bucks, this with the Jenna RDA is a combo in heaven.
Is there any trick to getting carrier to sit flush in the mod Mike? I got one and both of carriers stick out a bit they don't go all the way inside the mod.

Seems very practical, not sure on looks though but glad someone brought out a mod wo TC and all the other "gimmicks" lol
