The world knows that the State Governors are not working in the interests of health by removing Flavours from eliquid – but are protecting their financial income from Big Tobacco via the Tobacco MSA Agreement—they should be ashamed of their corruption and held to account for their actions which will result in Vapers returning to smoking traditional cigarettes.
In the USA – The Ban on Flavours has nothing to do with ‘Safe guarding health concerns or Youth vaping epidemic in the USA. It has however everything to do with States going financially bust due to the Tobacco MSA agreement of which the States have already spent the money but due to the continued drop in Cigarette smokers the Tax that the States will receive is much lower than expected and they aren’t able to repay their bonds—they could go bust.
So in a sense the States Governors would prefer people to go back to smoking traditional cigarettes so that they can continue spending the MSA money received from Big Tobacco—And Naturally Big Tobacco want Vaping to disappear for obvious reasons.
If the USA Government and state governors actually cared in addressing people’s health and the underage vaping epidemic they could easily address the following:
Health- Target the illegal distribution of THC liquids/Oils and Counterfeit Juul Pods—they already have laws in place but they need to enforce these laws.
Youth Vaping Epidemic- This has nothing to do with Flavours but everything to do with the Nicotine strength available in the USA and the kids wanting to get a high.
Solution is to reduce the Nicotine strength available down to 20mg – This would result in the youth not getting the high that they are after and will quit vaping.—This is what happened in the UK and Europe and we don’t have a youth vaping issue.
But like I mentioned above the governors don’t care about the real issues and addressing them all they care about is the monies that are coming in from the MSA agreement and ensuring that this continues.
Alternatively if the Governors want to get the money lost from Cigarettes to vaping then the tax that they would need to apply would be massive – probably in the order of 200% plus just to keep the status que which would probably destroy the vaping industry.

Ok Cigarettes= lung cancer, heart disease, emphasema, COPD, to quit you either got patches= bad dreams, nausea, breakouts etc., Gums, Chantix= blowing your head off, then you got Vaping= effective way to stop smoking and flavors get you away from tobacco flavoring, we adults NEED OUR FLAVORS!!!
