I love both Griffins so far the first one and the 25mm however the first 25mm is advertised as 6.2 ml but it's not you can only fit about 5ml in, this new 25mm plus version advertised as 5ml so what's the plus all about ? I won't be buying another Griffin anyway I don't see the point, if you don't have one yet then I recommend the first one for a slightly more flavourful vape.
I just order mine. I really hope I enjoy it better than the original 25mm. I could NOT stop getting dry hits. I tried literally everything. The juice channels sucked. I even had a friend of mine try wicking it to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong, and same exact thing
some nice kit there , ????? im more into the rta,s than drippers ,but ive just setup a mutation x mini 2.5 id coils , twisted wrap with a ribbon wires an single kanthal ,looks sweet , vapes fantastic ,i thought it was going to be a hot vape ,but no side airflow open 1 an full bottom open flavours great vapes cool ,sn wow this has some flavours coming off this an a very cool chucker ???????
i never understood why RTAs and RDTAs nowadays that have build decks that are pretty much RDAs surounded by a tank don't taste as good as an RDA? I'm an exclusive RDA user and i'm looking to branch out into the RDTA world. ive had a fewe RTAs and i was always disapointed with the performance especially with flavour or intensity of vape. right now my RDA of choice is a tsunami with fused clapton dual running 0.25 ohms. and i love it. Someone explain to me why an identical build on an RDTA wont taste the same? is it because the deck is a bit father from the mouth? that seems like unlikely that just a small distance increase would affect the flavour.
And for anyone who has this tank and uses RDAs in general, is it comparable? i'm getting tired of having to drip…
Of all the vaping gear I have accumulated over 2 years, the Griffin 25 Plus is the one item I have absolutely no buyers remorse. When my wife first bought it for me last Christmas, 2016, I built it with coils I wrapped myself, vaped it a few times, took it apart and put it back in the box for a few months. Then I bought some clapton coils and installed, and it has not been back in the box ever since 🙂 Great job Mike, I like revisiting your older reviews occasionally.
