  1. can you imagine this in the context of alcohol? Imagine if someone was trying to quit drinking, and they're at a bar with their friends who are all drinking beer. They want an alternitive like a coke or a lemonade, but the government bans all flavoured drink alternatives at the bar because it's 'a gateway for teenagers'. Makes ZERO sense

  2. So glad to see a little good news emperor Cuomo is a spiteful man when the appellate court overturned his decision the first time he banned it in the state budget the millionaires do not like vaping and all their money they are trying buy elections businesses and change laws with their money so they can run everything and give money to groups to keep their narrative going for what ever reason, I’m sure money is the main reason and power. Certainly not to help adult ex smokers.

  3. Thanks for always doing a deep-dive and thorough research into vaping news and issues, and cascading it to us in very fair and matter-of-fact understandable way. That is a good victory to have, and some other states may look into replicating that. Hopefully, any appeals to the decision is thwarted and the US Supreme Court can uphold it (if it comes to that); and set a precedent in pushing back on government entities which in the very least, make no sense or are not genuinely helpful.

I may not live in the US but it certainly affects things globally, on a macro and micro level, more than people can imagine. I remember my friends from the east and west coast shut me down very easily while I was sharing vaping stuff, excited that I had stopped smoking. Most all of them said vaping was worse than smoking, and were using arguments which were already considered false. I was very tempted to show them some of your videos which were simple enough to digest. But I just shut my trap and vowed never to engage them in that conversation.

Much to my chagrin, one friend of ours posted pic of a black market THC cartridge he had vaped. And someone gave a thumbs up (same person who was very patronizing towards my views.) I just though, what are we, in high school still?

Sadly, even though most of these guys were my life-long friends, I lost a dear friend in that group to covid late in March. He was the only one who was level-headed enough to be supportive.

Anyways, back to my thanks to you, Dave. Cheers and be well !

  4. Vaping has helped people quit smoking and the number is astronomical that it has helped to quit smoking so why should the US government ban something that's going to help people quit smoking

  5. I don’t really see how this is positive for anyone other then the VTA. They get their money back but products are still banned?…maybe I missed the point??

  6. They blamed vaping because they allowed a Federally illegal product ( THC ) cartridges to be sold in their States. Technically those who suffered from EVALI could sue those States for damages including States suing the States that allow THC sales. When Cuomo was AG he along with other anti-gun State attorneys sued PA & SC ( the iron pipeline case) trying to blame gun crimes on the easier permit process in those States. Cuomo aka douchebag trying to cover his ass

  7. It’s hilarious to see that a company needs to submit a temp restraining order against the department of health lol like alright let’s make a deal health department leave us alone stop harassing us.

  8. This is a step in the right direction, but what about all those vape shops and people who lost their business and livelihood due to all those bans and garbage news.. I feel bad for them and I hope they get help.

  9. I really appreciate that you cover news about vaping internationally. I know you all are in Canada, so it's nice to see us joining hands to save the healthier alternative! Stay safe out there Dave!

  10. All this BS has forced my favorite vape shop to shut down; stop picking on Vapers and go after products that do more harm like alcohol and tobacco, countless lives lost there!!!!
