  1. I would like to point out that the PMTA process is not built for vaping – when it was created, it was written under the assumption that each new product would be a new method of processing tobacco, hence why the iQos passed; because it’s made out of tobacco. Vape’s were declared legally a tobacco product, but there is no tobacco in them, so the FDA is literally having to invent new paperwork and procedures to deal with the fact that a tobacco product that has no tobacco in it cannot be in compliance with tobacco regulations. They also have to do this without creating a new product category. Bureaucracy, it’s not fun.

  2. There should be qualifications to be a news network, with penalties for spreading information without verifiable sources, and requirements to notify the viewer when what’s being said is the hosts opinion and not fact.

  3. This all as to do with big tabaco companies and big pharmaceutical companies they want people to go back to smoking cause they are losing money with vaping being out there it ridiculous! The government doesn’t care about people’s health they just care about the money they are losing

  4. This is the government's way of trying to regain the lost tax revenue from the decline in cigarette sales. They make so much money from tobacco tax. Expect them to impose a similar tax on vaping

  5. Let's face it it's the healthiest way to have your nicotine fix how people don't see that my people I mean government FDA big tobacco is beyond me! Now they see it they just hate it so much they're trying to get rid of us and it's all because of money green paper Mula loot that is the overall problem here

  6. Wake up,Vapor is moisture into your lungs people with dangerous man made chemicals .My wife smoked for 25 years and started Vape to help her quit. This shit ate a hole in her lungs in 3 months and collapsed her lungs, Dam near killed her.You can believe what you want i don't care, but when they pump that 12inch long 3/8 thick catheter under your arm pit into your lung you'll know then.
