They come in both left and right handed versions. Mine leaked at first, but I took it apart and put it back together, and it's fine now, using the same tank. I found the menu option for turning it off inconvenient, but I find it goes off instantly if you just quickly pop the battery mag release open, then close it. The company that sells it says it's pronounced "smoke", so yer right on, as usual! The mod works great. I love this mod!
