I got mine today and it doesn't work you got any ideas how to get it to work? Watts mode doesn't work and when I use in temp it comes up with temperature protected

If you are from Europe, stay away from Smokteck's products. I throw my
money in a faulty Alien 220w and except the USA there is no support at
all. Their answer was if you are from USA call us otherwise thanks for

I recently bought this vape, and now after a few weeks of using it I needed to change the coil. I changed it myself and now every time I try to vape it says "ohms too low" anyone have a solution for this?

I just got the gold one yesterday (retail) and lucky the button is solid. It does make a noise if you tap it quite hard but it doesn't feel loose and nothing like that strange double click you get off yours. I heard that Smok claimed they fixed the issue in the retail versions but obviously it's a quality control issue so you can never be sure. Also I can confirm mine came with a protective film over the screen unlike the review samples. Very nice mod btw.
